Good to know
Is the price per person?
No. The price is per vehicle and fixed for your route, however many passengers travel in it.
How can I pay?
Online when you book (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, EPS, Bancontact or PayPal) or to the driver in cash or by card.
When is my booking confirmed?
We check every request and confirm it by email. If we cannot do your transfer, an online payment is refunded in full.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later than that we charge 50 % of the price. If you do not show up, the full price is due.
What if my flight is late?
We follow your flight number. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included, and we wait at no extra cost if your flight is delayed. At all other pickups (hotel, station, address) 15 minutes of waiting are included.
Can I be picked up at my hotel or a private address?
Yes. Choose the town or ski resort from the list; you add your hotel or exact address in the last step. If your place is not on the list, choose "Other place" and we reply with a price.
Do you also drive to Germany, Switzerland or Italy?
Yes. For example to Munich, Zurich, South Tyrol and further into Italy. If your route has no fixed price yet, send it as a request and we reply with a price.
